This course includes 10 immersive moments filled with experiences and learning, revitalized with meetings with coffee farmers and producers—in which we brew and taste especially diverse coffees. This also involves lectures, stories and study topics that revolve around coffee, while there are field trips to coffee farms overflowing with the flavor and knowledge of Antioquia’s coffee.

Our methodology is divided into five special and fun ways to approach coffee, its story and transformation.

1. Visit the Universidad de Antioquia campus with a cup of coffee.

2. Visit five coffee-growing municipalities in Antioquia; walk among its crops and farms, and live the whole coffee-making process. 

3. Live the roasting process and taste coffee with experts 

4. Listen to coffee-related stories and join discussion groups with coffee entrepreneurs, companies, and institutions in Antioquia.

5. Processes of territorial transformation through coffee promoted by UdeA
